With classes limited to just six students, each child receives personalized instruction and plenty of opportunities to participate, practice new skills, and have fun in the kitchen.

Hands-On Jr. Chef Cooking Classes

At Artful Chefs, children don't just watch. They get into the kitchen and participate. Our small-group cooking classes introduce children to practical kitchen skills, cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety in a fun and supportive environment. With a maximum of six students per class, Chef Pharrell can provide individual guidance and help each Jr. Chef become more comfortable and confident in the kitchen.

Cooking Experiences for Kids & Groups

In addition to our scheduled Jr. Chef classes, Artful Chefs offers cooking experiences for homeschool students and groups, Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops, and other children's groups.

Classes are held in Chef Pharrell's kitchen in Tierrasanta, San Diego. The exact location is provided to registered participants after registration and payment.

Chef Pharrell Worthylake has been a chef in the San Diego area for more than 20 years.

Her passion for cooking and teaching has led Artful Chefs into its newest chapter, focused on sharing the joy of cooking with children through small, hands-on classes.
